Mine-Traffic Lights

Description	A directional and traffic light designed specifically for the mining industry where either dust or chemicals in the air can be extremely harsh in terms of corrosive effect on materials and or requires a much brighter light to penetrate the dusty atmosphere. The product is consequently manufactured of heavy duty marine grade stainless steel and the led's are super bright with and intensity on full of about 2-3 time the intensity of normal traffic lights, furthermore the exterior and all internals are epoxied for a totally waterproof application in a high corrosion environment.
Application	The mining industry and heavy manufacturing industries
Dimenstions	The base is 200mm wide by 500mm long by 47mm thick and the flanges extend beyond this with each flange 32mm by 40mm high. The shrouds are 150mm diametre and 150mm deep at the top and 50mm deep at the bottom
Technical	The lights have internal current limiters to negate the effect of current and voltage spikes. Also have automatic light adjustment so that during high ambient light conditions and dust  the light will be much brighter and  at night and dusk conditions will dim down for better visibility and lower power usage. • Each light has 120 led's at 30 degrees beam angle • Lumen output per light at full power 135 lumens fully directional • The power usage is a minimal 12.2 watts per light on full brightness. • Life expectancy 100,000 hours. So about 12 years working 24/7 • IP 67 light fitting and connectors
Options	240/ 110 ac power supply and 12 volt if required. Different colours of lights to provide different instructions. Variations are possible, We have made some with one light only but with 3 colours in the one light for asmelter operation. Talk to us about your requirements.
